Sea Scouts is a division of the Boy Scouts of America (BSA) and started in 1912. Thousands of young men and women have had the opportunity to follow the traditions of the sea while learning what the future holds for a career related to the sea or a lifelong hobby of recreational boating.
Ship 100 maintains five Catalina 22-ft. swing-keel sailboats, a Cal 27-ft. keel sailboat, and has ready access to several other Catalina 22s, a 24-ft. Hirondelle cruising catamaran, five Capri 14.2-ft. racing sailboats, and various other sail and motor boats. We follow a challenging rank advancement program and have nautical uniforming, customs, and ceremonies. We have fun!
